The Mosman RSL Sub-Branch encountered common challenges faced by many older organisations in the digital age: declining membership, limited revenues, and an outdated online presence. Recognising the need for change, the Mosman RSL Sub-Branch turned to R3 for help.
The RSL Mosman Sub-Branch is a locally cherished organisation that engages with past and present servicemen and servicewomen, commemorating the fallen, celebrating military traditions as well as fostering camaraderie among our veteran community.
Our solution was to transform their existing website into a platform that would serve as a digital hub for the existing community and attract new members.
This involved modernising the Mosman RSL's existing website and integrating an e-commerce function that enabled the Mosman RSL to sell memberships and collect donations online. The new, integrated e-commerce function generated an additional revenue stream and provided a convenient and seamless experience for their members, making it easier for them to support the organisation online.
We also implemented an online registration and sign-up system, streamlining the process for potential members to join the Mosman RSL. With just a few clicks, individuals could become part of the community, making the user experience more accessible and appealing to prospective members.
The result was a digital transformation through an enhanced web presence.
